School Day Booking Form
Welcome to our slightly re-designed booking page, we now have an additional pick up time of 4pm for your convenience. We have also combined both Verwood first and Emmanuel booking form to just the 1 form so please select the school you Child attends or “Both” if you are booking in a Child from each school.
This form is intended for booking the breakfast and after school clubs in normal term time, if you want to book for during school holidays please use the holiday booking form.

Please note:
It is important that you book a date for any days you select, for example if you book Monday in week 1, click in the box that say Monday and select the date you require.
