NEW BOOKING SYSTEM

As mentioned previously, from September we are moving over to a new booking system called Magic Booking and we’re pleased to let you know that it is now live.

All parents will need to re-register their child and book sessions for the upcoming academic year through the new system.

As before, our preferred method is regular term-time bookings, as this helps guarantee your child’s place.

Alternatively, you can make ad hoc bookings, but please note that availability cannot be guaranteed.

Families on a regular booking pattern can still add ad hoc sessions if additional care is needed.

Magic Booking allows payments to be spread across the year, and you can choose from a range of payment options:

• Tax-Free Childcare (the system links directly to HMRC to enable this)
• Childcare vouchers
• Card payment
• BACS transfer
  If you wish to pay in cash, please contact us and we can arrange this from our end.

Parents will now be able to view and amend bookings more easily, offering greater flexibility and control.
