ONLINE MAGIC BOOKING SYSTEM

We are now using a secure online booking service, all parents will need to register (or re-register) their child / children and book sessions for the academic year using this system.

Our preferred method is regular term-time bookings, as this helps guarantee your child’s place.

Alternatively, you can make ad hoc bookings, but please note that availability cannot be guaranteed.

Families on a regular booking pattern can still add ad-hoc sessions if additional care is needed.

Magic Booking allows payments to be spread across the year, and you can choose from a range of payment options:

• Tax-Free Childcare (the system links directly to HMRC to enable this)
• Childcare vouchers
• Card payment
• BACS transfer
  If you wish to pay in cash, please contact us and we can arrange this from our end.

Parents will now be able to view and amend bookings more easily, offering greater flexibility and control.
