New Booking Form Help Page

Coming shortly we are introducing a new booking system, it has been designed to make your online booking quicker, easier and hassle free.

This interactive guide is here for you to preview the new form and to explain how it should be completed.

Fill in all the details requested and select from the drop down boxes payment methods.

If you have more than 1 child that will attend the SAME SESSIONS then select 2 or 3 from the dropdown box doing this means that the total payment at the end of the form is multiplied to suit, meaning you do not have to fill out the form a second or third time.

If you have more than one child that attends Scoosc but they do NOT attend the same sessions then you will need to fill out a form for each child.

Now comes the clever bit, you will find 5 weeks worth of check boxes (we have only duplicated 1 here just so you get the idea) and all you do is enter the date you want your sessions to start, for example 1st November 2017 is a Wednesday so week 1 will start on the Wednesday, then check all the sessions you want, it really is that simple!!

Go on give it a try, you will notice that every check you make calculates a daily total, a weekly total, a monthly total and finally a grand total.

You should only ever have a maximum of TWO checks on any day, if your child stays till 6pm DO NOT check “Till 5” and “Till 6” you ONLY need to check “Till 6”
